Dropbox for Business has evolved a lot in the past year, adding new functionality and building a customer base that’s more than 80,000 businesses strong.
As we’ve worked closely with teams both large and small, we’ve seen a consistent trend: more and more company data is being housed in Dropbox for Business. So today, we’re adjusting our default settings to start teams off with 1 TB per user. Of course, Dropbox for Business is built to grow with your team, so that’s just a starting point — we still provide as much space as your team needs.
This update is just one of many ways we’ve recently enhanced Dropbox for Business — like providing permissions, passwords, and expirations on your shared content, improving the web and mobile document preview experience, and broadening the scope of the certifications and assurances we offer. And we’ve got more exciting features coming up too, so stay tuned!
