Dropbox has become the one place to keep life organized and move work forward.

Introducing Dropbox Passwords: Store and sync passwords across all devices

The Passwords app saves your passwords in one safe place and autofills them so you can instantly sign in to websites and apps. Your online personal information is better protected and easier for you to manage with Dropbox Passwords.

New feature: Secure and organize your most sensitive documents with Dropbox Vault

Using a PIN for secure access, Vault provides an extra layer of security for all your important personal files like insurance cards, passports, and housing documents. Files are organized in the cloud and accessible from any device. Enjoy peace of mind knowing that you can designate trusted friends or family members who can access your files in an emergency. Vault is currently available to Plus and Professional users.

Computer backup syncs folders on your PC or Mac with Dropbox

Once you turn on the computer backup feature, you can automatically back up folders on your PC or Mac, including your Desktop, Downloads, and Documents, directly into your Dropbox folder. Files and folders are continuously synced between the cloud and your hard drive and accessible from anywhere. Computer backup is now available on Dropbox Basic, Plus, and Professional plans.

Dropbox Family: Creating a digital hub for your loved ones

The Dropbox Family plan keeps your family’s digital lives connected with one organized place to share photos, videos, and important documents. Dropbox Family lets up to six members share 2 TB of storage and have their own individual account views—under one plan with one bill. All plan members can use the Family Room folder for shared content like photos, videos, and important documents while also maintaining their own private accounts.

Customize your Dropbox experience with the new App Center

Integrations with third-party tools have played a key role as we continue to build out our smart workspace. Today we’re launching the new Dropbox App Center, one centralized place to find those tools from partners including Zoom, Slack, and Google. Now in beta, the App Center lets you discover, learn about, and connect apps to your Dropbox account. This is just the beginning: more apps and functionalities are forthcoming.

Dropbox Capture: say more, meet less with video messages and screen recording

Sometimes getting the team together or explaining something over email can be challenging. Dropbox Capture allows you to pre-record video messages with screenshots, visual references, and recordings so everyone watch and review on their own schedule. It's a great tool to help keep the whole team updated without the need to organize a meeting.
