Dropbox ranks on many ‘Best Workplaces’ lists this year

At Dropbox, we care a lot about our people. We strive to make a workplace where everyone can do their best work with the least amount of worry. And we also believe diversity, equity, and inclusion are key to inspiring innovation and creativity. So we’re proud to be a part of so many of this year’s lists of Best Workplaces.

We were #42 on the overall Best Companies to Work For list. We also ranked #59 on the Best Workplaces for Diversity list. Both rankings are up 22 spots from last year. In our industry, we were #15 on the Best Workplaces in Technology list, up 2 spots from last year.

These rankings are published by Fortune Magazine, who works with research partner Great Place to Work. Surveys ask in-depth questions about employees’ experiences, measuring things like company sentiment, commitment to transparency, benefits, and just how much they enjoy working at the company.

We also made these other lists this year:

#5 on Ireland’s Best Workplaces (Medium) list

#15 on Best Workplaces in New York list (Small & Medium Companies)

#16 on Best Companies to Work For in the Bay Area list

#18 on People’s Companies that Care list

#36 on Best Workplaces for Parents list
