Find, access, and collaborate on all Dropbox files with Project Infinite

We’re creating and sharing more data than ever, but the storage capacity on our devices is still limited. Project Infinite was created to solve this problem by allowing our users to seamlessly and securely access all their Dropbox files from their desktop, regardless of how much space they have available on their hard drives. If their files are synced locally, they’ll see the familiar green checkmark—everything else will have a new cloud icon. 

This new technology will give teams the ability to quickly see all of their shared files and automatically sync and open them with a single click, just like any other file. Project Infinite is cross-platform, and supports any computer running Windows 8 or higher, or Mac OS X 10.9 and up. Learn more about how we built Project Infinite in the tech blog post below.
