More than 150,000 business and organizations use Dropbox Business to power their work, including Under Armour, Expedia, News Corp, and Arizona State University. This is one of the top reasons why I joined Dropbox—because some of the largest and most forward-thinking companies around the world count on us every day. And today I’m excited to share that Dropbox was named a leader in “The Forrester Wave™: Enterprise File Sync and Share Platforms, Cloud Solutions, Q1 2016” report by Forrester Research.
We believe this recognition is a testament to the investments we’ve made in the success of our customers and in our commitment to keep innovating. I’m pleased to share that Forrester gave us the highest scores possible for technology strategy and cloud architecture. Findings from the report include:
- Technology Strategy: Dropbox “has moved quickly to enhance its key enterprise offering, Dropbox Business, with API capabilities, native integrations with key providers such as Adobe and Microsoft, and partnerships with security and eDiscovery providers, including Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HP Enterprise).” The Forrester report goes on to state that "a recently launched enterprise customer success program targets its large premium accounts.”
- Cloud Architecture: Forrester says that “Dropbox’s cloud services support the speed and scale requirements of enterprises that collaborate widely on a range of file types between internal and external participants.”
- Customer Satisfaction: “Enterprise customers report a high level of satisfaction with Dropbox, particularly in areas such as mobility and ease of learning.”
The way we work has evolved and businesses around the world are looking to transform their workflows with solutions that are both easy to use and enterprise-ready. We are building the simplest and most robust platform for companies to manage and collaborate on their work, and it’s great to see Forrester recognize us as a leader in this rapidly growing global market.
