HelloSign offers EU businesses a more secure, legally binding way to sign documents electronically

We’re excited to announce that HelloSign is now offering Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) to companies doing business in the EU. In partnership with IDnow, an industry leader in online verification, HelloSign is providing the highest level of eSignature legality and compliance according to the Electronic Identification, Authentication and Trust Services (eIDAS).

As eSignature use continues to grow worldwide due to remote work, QES will also be important for our global customers executing contracts with European partners who require the digital equivalent of pen and paper. Depending on regional eSignature laws, this could apply to documents like leases, loan agreements, employment contracts, and more.

This news builds on HelloSign’s momentum worldwide. Last year, we launched globally with additional support in 21 languages, and we’re committed to providing a secure, easy-to-use, and legally binding eSignature solution to businesses around the world.
