Save time and work smarter with new productivity tools from Dropbox

At Dropbox, we’re always developing new tools to help teams work smarter. We’ve made it easier than ever for our users to share content in Dropbox: just right click on a file or folder. We’ve also made it easier to share and respond to feedback. When previewing a file on dropbox.com, users can now comment on a specific section of an image or document, just by highlighting what they want to address.

The document scanning feature in the Dropbox iOS app makes it easy to scan documents, and save those scans as an image or a PDF in Dropbox. These images are automatically centered, cropped, and enhanced. And with Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Dropbox Business and Enterprise customers can also search inside of their scanned PDFs to find the exact text they’re looking for.
