We’re excited to share that we’ve signed a lease for our future home: The Exchange at 16th in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco. The four-building, 750,000 square-foot complex developed by Kilroy Realty Corporation has 736,000 square feet of office space that we’ll make our own. The LEED-Platinum design by Rios Clementi Hale Studios of Los Angeles is bright, open, and adaptable to all the different ways Dropboxers work. We’ll take possession in three phases beginning mid-2018. “We’re excited to partner with Kilroy to create a new home for our growing team. The Exchange is a space that will reflect our creative culture and inspire us to continue building great products for our users,” say Drew Houston, Co-Founder and CEO of Dropbox.
