Today we're thrilled to welcome Bob Mylod to our Board of Directors. Bob previously served as Vice Chairman and CFO of Priceline, helping lead one of the great success stories in tech history. Through tenacity, brilliant financial management, and bold acquisitions, Priceline emerged from the dot com bust to become one of the world's most profitable and valuable tech companies. As we got to know Bob, we were deeply impressed with his financial and M&A expertise, global mindset, and long-term perspective. As our momentum continues to accelerate with more than

paying businesses, we've been looking to add a board member who has experience scaling financial operations at a fast-paced, multinational company and shares our values. Last year, we opened our first international offices in
Dublin and
Sydney, with Tokyo and London soon to follow. Bob's experience with local competition, global M&A, and varying market dynamics will be extremely valuable as we scale our business globally. In addition to providing strategic counsel, Bob will serve as Chairman of our Audit Committee to oversee our financial reporting and risk management.
